Elle s'intéresse à la production artistique féminine et à la gestion de l'espace public.

Francesca Romana Gregori's doctoral thesis, titled “The practice of antimonuments as a medium of feminist artistic protest in 21st century Latin America”, analiyses antimonuments through an anthropological, art historical and aesthetic lens. Her work aims to document the ongoing practice of antimonumentality in Mexico and provide a theorical framework for this new form of monumentality.
